As part of the Hybrid Cloud Integration Test, we run a complex OpenShift environment on the LinuxONE platform to find defects or problems with the system. While on the team I improved the API for a Java banking application. This was for other applications on OpenShift to interact with the service and simulate real-world customer workloads. Additionally, I designed a RedHat Pipeline to create and update the banking application when there were source code updates to the GitHub repository for continuous integration and deployment.

Student IT for a living community of hundreds of students. This position consisted of making house calls to student dorms to fix any kind of technical problem they were running into. These include network issues, viruses, and broken technology. Furthermore, I would have weekly helpdesk shifts where students can come up and ask any questions there have.

Computer Science Data Structures and Algorithms TA. For this position, I would hold 2 weekly office hour periods where students can ask about concepts they are struggling with or talk about any problems there are having with projects. As well I would attend lab periods where I walked around and taught students concepts about data structures and algorithms.

Worked the summer of sophomore year and junior year from June through August. I cleaned and made sure all the student and teacher computers were ready for the next year of school. Specifically dealt with replacing hardware like motherboards, hard drives and solid-state drives. As well I set up teacher's workstations and checked if all the software and hardware was working properly.
