Optimizing and implementing new route structure & planning for provinces of North Holland and South Holland.Implementing new customs scanning system.

eLink is an initiative from ACT and Smartgate in cooperation with ACN, Customs, Schiphol Group and Air France-KLM. The goal is to increase the speed in which cargo flows through the supply chain at Schiphol Airport by reducing wait times at each step and digitalizing data which is currently registered on paper. As an ACN representative I performed research and visited companies located at the airport to increase awareness and participation for this initiative.
