I served as the operations manager for a 100,000 square feet warehouse that processed 5.4 million dollars in sales monthly for General Motors direct accessories. I directed 50 associates including two front line supervisors. My scope of responsibilities included staffing, associate training, safety, projecting sales, product ordering, cost management and monthly inventory profit and loss reporting. - Doubled staffing to accommodate business growth and created second shift to increase daily capacities.- Sourced and converted from shipping through a cross dock to a privately owned direct to customer carrier. - Created and implemented cross dock procedures for new carrier conversion. - Planned and sourced materials for expansion from the original 50,000 square foot building. Directed vendors through building layout and execution.

The team would receive, sort, inflate, package and ship product within a three week time line.•Bulk storage update roll out: I was responsible for training all of the day side inbound team members on new processes for bulk storage.
