• Plan, directed and supervised 1 engineer and 12 production operators.
• Assisted in commissioning and start up of state of the art Market Development Unit.
• Responsible for conducting ~2 plant trials per month in addition to meeting sales needs for low volume commercial products during product launch phase.
• Developed budgets and manage cost for a production unit that was also used for new product scale ups from the pilot plant.
• Coordinated with R/D support, estimated capital and implemented set up required for plant trials
