I am a graduate of The Keller School of Management in Chicago in 1970(I am dating myself here) Received Certified Public Accountant certification in 1974. Spend approximately 6 years with a Major Public Accounting firm. Was assigned to the audit staff for several years, moved to the Tax Department for several more years and my last position was heading the Small Business Consulting area. Left the firm as a Supervisor. Was offer an opportunity to join a client of the firm as their Controller. Remained there for 8 years and was offered an opportunity to join a related corporation to help streamline there accounting issues. This position allow me the opportunity to travel to our subsidiary locations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan where the company had subsidiaries. My last opportunity in Chicago was with a private held 100 year old company. I joined the company as assistant Treasurer, was promoted to Treasurer and worked myself up to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the entire consolidated group of three companies with Sales well in excess of $100 Million dollars. Company was eventually sold due to owners age and heath issues. It was it this point to move to Georgia to help one of my Step-Daughters having health issues. I stated the firm in 2008 and we have been blessed to grow the firm by about 20% in revenues each year. Now have a staff of five professional harding working people to understand my work ethics and understand our clients always come first to us.
