I have experience negotiating and drafting deals that are backed by representation and warranty insurance as well as traditional indemnification packages.I also have experience working with entrepreneurs and management teams in a corporate counsel context. I have drafted formation documentation for new ventures, including custom‑tailored limited liability company agreements.
