As a Product Specialist I am responsible for supporting the successful operation of the Polestar Space as well as key events taking place in the local area. As part of the Space team we constitute Polestar’s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable positive experiences for Space visitors. We strive to deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all visitors. We make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and our goal is to deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. We welcome customers into the Polestar universe by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience. We act as role models of Polestar’s culture and behaviors. Provide a tailored experience based upon prospective and current customer specific interests and agenda. Educate and inspire all by answering their questions with enthusiasm. Demonstrate a mastery of all Polestar products and services. Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers. Schedule and conduct excellent test drive experiences and help walk people through the online purchasing process and after sales process. Attend training and update sessions as well as staff meetings as required. Always be up to date on product updates and industry trends and news. Be able to identify any issues or operational opportunities and highlight to the Space Manager. Be trained and confident using all Polestar relevant systems and lead generation tools.

Demands exceptional customer service and mastery of EV ecosystem. All potential advisors are screened for knowledge and people skills. Utilize proprietary training systems to facilitate teaching EV user skills unmatched by any conventional learning technology, and personally connect with owners or potential owners for one-on-one instruction. Perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Duties include lesson planning, taking attendance, teaching the lesson, explaining homework, being a positive role model while promoting a healthy learning environment, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the classroom.

Customer Service, respond to phone pages, sign customers up for Kohl's credit cards, assist in utilizing monthly update communication books, fitting room recovery and sales floor returns, maintain fitting rooms, sales floor, and work areas, arrange merchandise on fixtures, help customers in finding products and selling them on the advantages of said products.

Take orders for and prepare/serve beverages and food items. Evaluate and modify processes to improve efficiency and quality of service. Build relationships with customers while working to attract new ones. Demonstrate the use of retail equipment (e.g., espresso machines). Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them. Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs.

Promote programs and special events, making insightful recommendations which reflect the needs and interests of members. Greet and assist all visitors and direct calls and email inquiries to appropriate program staff. Provide orientation tours to prospective members. Maintain progressive knowledge of all programs, facilities and special events. Provide administrative support to include filing, data entry, mailing, handling payments, and managing memberships utilizing front line computer software.
