CurrentKey Responsibilities: • Management of multiple e-commerce websites with international reach.• Visual merchandising, website maintenance and updates.• Spearhead planning and execution of digital retail and marketing strategies.• Manage day-to-day operations of B2C ecommerce websites, including EDM, paid marketing, and campaign launches.• Coordinate development of marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders, including Channel 9, Channel 7, AFL, NRL, News Limited, and more. • Oversee B2C customer experience strategy, including consumer database management and VIP client relations, along with analysis of customer behaviour.• Collaborate with commercial, design, production, and logistics teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and revenue targets.• Managing our online auction platform, including ongoing technological and process improvements.Achievements:• Led transition to new online auction platform, elevating client experience and positioning SE Products as Australia’s premier sport memorabilia auction destination.• Directed successful memorabilia programs for major events such as the Matildas 2023 World Cup, AFL 2021 and 2023 Premierships, and NRL 2023 Premiership.
