F facility (Costa Sur Steam Power Plant in Guayanilla, PR).• Received “Program delivery MVP” recognition for the week of 1/13/20.For event DR-4339-PR and DR-4340-USVI:• Develop damage descriptions, scope of work, and cost estimates for Public Assistance grants based on Applicant-submitted documentation for specialized complexity projects.• Review and validated Applicant-submitted documentation in support of Public Assistance grants where work is complete.• Develop damage description and dimensions, scopes of work, and costs based on Applicant-provided documentation.• Identify missing information and coordinating with counterparts to resolve.• Identify potential eligibility issues and addressing those issues in coordination with leadership in field and Consolidated Resource Center offices.• Mentor and coach new validation specialist on validation techniques, processes, and quality improvement processes.• Lead daily huddle meetings of the specialized projects lane.
