Since implemented in FY2020, this program has trained over 250 personnel, resulting in a more precise, confident, capable Special Forces Operator trained to accomplish the full spectrum of critical engagements in any environment all around the world. - Developed new 10 session Special Operation Combatives Lvl 1 program, culminating in 2 graded evaluation scenarios; made critical adjustments to outdated breaching program of instruction by integrating new procedures to fit always-changing environment; resulting in more capable, confident, and proficient breaching expert.  Entrusted with co-developing a new 2-week advanced marksmanship program, consisting of 25 new advanced marksmanship assessment events/ drills which tested one’s ability to process information while making critical movements and engagements. Quantitative data collected and used to build a complete profile which can predict future areas of concern.
