As an individual, I firmly believe that those with the biggest barriers deserve the most help to build a brighter future. With social wellbeing and financial independence being closely associated with secure employment prospects, I therefore feel incredibly passionate about working within the employability sector.On a daily basis, I engage with members of the Black Country community - many of whom face multiple barriers - offering them tailored employment services that range from confidence and motivation workshops; CV, job search and application support; one-to-one mentoring; and volunteering opportunities.By working with local organisations and community groups I am determined to make a difference, so feel free to connect and let's discuss opportunities for collaboration.
