• Ensure proper oversight and management of all software projects including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staff resources, communications (internal and with clients), risk assessment and procurement• Serve as the primary contact for all project related matters• Maintain quality standards, control expenses, follow company and business unit directives• Manage projects with budgets ranging from $10,000 to several million• Manage wide array of project resources including Business Analysts, System Architects, Implementation Specialists, Software Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, Consultants and Support Staff located in offices throughout the United States and India• Responsible for development and implementation of project, financial tracking, resource management and reporting tools

• Seek out and negotiate healthcare education and entertainment content agreements with third party companies• Manage ongoing business relationships with third-party companies to include monthly and quarterly reporting of revenue information and usage data• Manage relationships with hardware manufacturers to resolve issues with improved functions and potential customer complaints about their products• Establish operational processes to ensure successful project implementations• Make regular reports to senior management about project status and recommend changes to existing processes for overall improvements in efficiency of ongoing operations

• Manage all aspects of Encoding Operations and Quality Assurance Departments including two managers and eight staff members • Responsible for all hiring and termination of departmental staff• Ensure all monthly delivery deadlines are met while working to minimize operational costs and increase production volumes• Act as liaison between product owner, multiple internal departments and external companies to identify delivery deadlines, priorities and negotiate solutions to resolve conflicts• Seek out and negotiate business agreements with third parties in support of Healthcare business initiative and other special projects• Management of $800,000 annual operations budget and $750,000 in capital improvement projects • Establish and update policies regarding areas of responsibility

• Manage all video production, multimedia slide presentations, and audio production including scripting, scheduling and prioritization of 50 concurrent projects • Supervise employees and all TMDC desktop publishing functions • Develop and administer annual department budget of $250,000 • Coordinate corporate meetings at select locations for 800+ attendees • Maintain contacts within all departments to fulfill audio visual needs • Travel frequently to plant locations throughout the United States to manage A/V production

• Sole production source of audio visual products and services for use in sales training, marketing, customer relations, employee orientation and safety programs• Write proposals to purchase upgraded editing systems• Coordinate the tracking of equipment and duplication of tapes for eighteen area sales offices
