With over two decades of dedicated service in the security industry, my journey has been marked by a commitment to safety, order, and protection. For sixteen years, I served as a Correctional Officer, entrusted with maintaining the security and wellbeing of inmates and staff within correctional facilities. During this time, I honed my skills in conflict resolution, crisis management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Transitioning to the role of Security Manager at Wagga Base Hospital, I spent four years overseeing the security operations of a vital healthcare facility. In this capacity, I implemented comprehensive security protocols to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors, while also liaising with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response to any security threats.Now, in my new role as MLHD (Murrumbidgee Local Health District) District Security Advisor, I bring my wealth of experience and expertise to the broader healthcare community. Collaborating with multiple healthcare facilities within the district, I provide strategic guidance, risk assessments, and training programs to enhance security measures and mitigate potential risks.Throughout my career, I've earned a reputation for my unwavering dedication to security excellence, my ability to adapt to dynamic environments, and my commitment to fostering a culture of safety.
