About Timothy Burke

Dedicated to enabling sales/marketing teams with industry-leading technology, using data to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and gaining a deep understanding the buyer's journey. While working at SiliconExpert, an Arrow Electronics subsidiary, I was responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing the tools/technology the marketing and sales teams used. These tools included HubSpot MarketingHub, HubSpot SalesHub, Salesforce, Gong, Drift, Chili Piper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Clearbit. One of my biggest accomplishments while at SiliconExpert was leading the successful migration from Marketo to HubSpot MarketingHub. I also led the successful migration from Outreach to HubSpot SalesHub. Another accomplishment of mine was developing a robust lead-scoring model that delivers highly qualified to the sales team at the right time during the buyers journey. The implementation of this new lead-scoring model contributed to a 30% increase in MQLs and a 50% increase in leads. After the migration to HubSpot, I was able to build out advanced automation workflows to move leads down the marketing and sales funnel using personalized content that is relevant to where prospects are in the buyer's journey. This automation contributed to an increase in the velocity of prospects through the marketing funnel, reducing time-to-MQL by 10 days (35%). I led the effort to develop full marketing and sales pipeline visibility, allowing leadership to have a better understanding of what to expect. By partnering closely with the sales and marketing teams, I developed a strong understanding of the data and used these insights to build comprehensive reports/dashboards to deliver insights to the organization. I was also responsible for leading the internal data strategy for the marketing and sales teams. Our data strategy included first orchestrating data from our third-party data providers ZoomInfo and Cognism. Next, I identified and organized the information we collect directly from prospects/customers on our website. Lastly, I blended all of our data together to create a comprehensive, 360-degree view, of the prospect/customer.
