- Het opstellen, afstemmen en bewaken van de jaarlijkse P&C-planning;- Integraal verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige totstandkoming van de P&C documenten, met de focus op de begroting en jaarrekening; - Primair aanspreekpunt voor financiële vraagstukken voor het bestuur, de directie en het management. - Als invorderingsambtenaar verantwoordelijk voor (het goedkeuren van) de juridische lijst, dwangbevelen, betalingsregelingen etc.;- Als Treasurer verantwoordelijk voor het liquiditeitenbeheer en de (langlopende) lening portefeuille;- Verantwoordelijk voor de doorrekeningen en ramingen van de algemene uitkering van het gemeentefonds;

- Sales of Bank Guarantees through offering Guarantee Facilities to selected prospects and existing key customers (top 500 NL companies), servicing them locally and internationally.- Structuring of large, complex (international) transactions for guarantee facilities of EUR 5 - 100+ Million with Large Corporates and Mid Cap companies and multinationals in various trade sectors.- Focus on hunting new customers through cold acquisition as well as using the Allianz/ Euler Hermes network and the broker channel.- Relationship management of existing customers with a focus on growing the share of wallet, timely collection of (financial) information.- Writing of credit/ renewal proposals in accordance with the renewal calendar (revisions), in close cooperation with the Risk team.- Maintain relationships with contact persons at Board of Management level/ Finance Directors and Treasury Managers.

- Underwriting, advise and approval of single bond applications for complex transactions with large, multinational, corporations in various market segments.- Organize and execute frequent high standard credit renewals within own managed risk portfolio (SME and Large Corporates).- Production and structuring of high standard credit proposals and underwriting of new clients (Large Corporates).- Production and structuring of credit proposals for increased facilities for existing clients (SME and Large Corporates).- Provide timely, accurate, concise and structured management reports and internal audits.- Develop a strong vision and focus on market developments (predominantly construction) and translate this into risk/ portfolio management strategy and daily execution.- Distressed client management (in conjunction with the Manager Risk Bonding / DCM).
