Use opportunities to drive results by incentivizing employees to improve week over week. -Complete weekly truck orders, analyzing previous week usage to ensure efficient ordering -Maintain food costs through waste/usage analysis and ensuring an efficient daily prep list -Was part of successful New Restaurant Opening for 1st NRO in the home office area in five years

-Oversee the operations of a high-volume restaurant, leading a team of 2 salaried managers, 4 hourly managers, and 70+ hourly Crew -Consistently drive performance improvement in alignment with the companies goals and objectives to include: hiring, assessments, speed of service, Customer experience, Crew experience, cleanliness, facility maintenance, inventory, etc. -Report to business unit team monthly to go over prior period results and ensure continued focuses on opportunities for team -Develop and implement new tools and processes to meet growing expectations -Responsible for P&L analysis to ensure all goals are met and any gaps are addressed with management team -Responsible for all restaurant level marketing including local community involvement events, fundraiser events, and creating partnerships for large orders and repeat orders to grow sales

-Responsible for all operations within the restaurant through management team of 3-4 hourly managers and 70+ hourly Crew -In charge of hiring of all hourly Crew members and maintaining the staffing par, using unconventional methods to counter staffing crisis -Ensures all training standards and expectations are met through evaluating Certified Trainers and ensuring all processes are followed in the training process-Completes performance reviews on all hourly Crew and delivers performance corrective action plans-Assists in P&L analysis to identify key opportunities for management team
