Processed packing slips handed in from field crews after physical receiving was completed. Input information and quantities from packing slips in SmartPlant Materials taking care to note that previously loaded information provided by the client matches what was delivered on the packing slip. Notified vendors or expediters of short shipped material. Issued quarantine status flags for incorrect or damaged material so material is repaired or returned. Co-ordinated lists and managed information in SmartPlant Materials for material that is transferring out of the yard to vendor after obtaining return authorizations. Managed information regarding ship-loose material and issued material transfers from SmartPlant Materials for items being transferred to site locations. Processed reports from SmartPlant Materials for expediters, project coordinators and project managers. Co-ordinated with Procure-to-Pay team from head office via Image Connect to ensure invoices were received correctly so dues could be correctly paid.

Utilized field copies of spool drawings to add pertinent information including welder ID, inspector ID and any red-lined modifications to digital copy of drawings. Transferred information from spool drawings to digital isometric drawings of modules. Stamped and signed Isometric drawings and spool drawings to confirm accuracy for turnover documentation. Managed turnover documentation including drawings, weld records and test reports. Co-ordinated with inspectors and welders to ensure proper Non-Destructive Testing was completed, i.e. ultrasonic testing, radioactive testing, and post-weld heat treating.

Reconciled all documentation related to product arriving on site for installation, supported the data gathering and submission of pile and weld records from the field operations. Completed accurate performance of all computerized operations necessary for supervisors, provides crews with lists of designated work to be done. Worked alongside Project Managers, Supervisors, Welders, Engineers and Surveyors to ensure pile data complied with specific guidelines. Took accountability for assignments and projects, performed to Almita’s quality standards and addressed deficiencies immediately.

Worked closely with excavator operators to ensure accurate placing of pile into flagged location, used level to make certain pile was entering the ground at the specified inclination, assisted welders in placing of steel caps, signaled to and spotted for heavy machinery and trucks to ensure they traveled along the designated and safe path.
