The role encompasses responsibility for supervising all post-marketing of parts and service, budgeting, general business plans, negotiating with existing large accounts for contract renewals, maintaining contracts and other documents and performing other tasks needed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times, whilst improving profit within the Parts and Service areas of the company.The Group Aftersales Manager role entails training, motivation, and provision of leadership to the Parts and Service team’s whose main objective is to provide high quality customer service that maximises profit through increased custom/sales and builds lasting customer relationships throughout the Cochranes Group. Reporting to the General manager, the Group Aftersales Manager ensures key performance areas of parts and service are monitored and reported on and that customer/supplier relationships are maintained. The role is ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of the Parts and Service areas of the company.
