Senior Portfolio Manager: Greece, Poland ,Turkey, Hungary, Czech, Romania,Bulgaria,Serbia, Slovakia,Croatia,Bosnia,Slovenia,Cyprus • Product management, planning and implementing the strategy of the product’s introduction to the market. • Controlling Product readiness activities with Global Program Managers, local Technical and Sales Teams, and executing the program schedule for successful product launches.• Identifying key trends, preparing business cases and defining regional product and technical requirements.• Managing the product portfolio and aligning country focus to ensure that sales targets/ profitability goals are met while remaining on budget for localization and support costs.• Leading the product presentations, participating and influencing sales negotiations, contributing to the ranging customer decisions on a European level.• Training the Sales and Marketing teams on all products, competition and industry trends.• Organizing together with the Marketing Department the creation of a holistic view of product launching, to build experience packs and increase customer’s Average Revenue Per Unit, providing differentiation and solidifying Motorola Mobility as a key customers’ partner
