Responsible for the development and maintenance of information and tracking systems to insure quality services within the Department of Community Mental Health Programs. Responsible for the management of referral and case file records. Assist Department staff to effectively and efficiently provide support, direction, and vocational planning for new referrals to Hope Network West Michigan’s Department of CMH Programs. Coordinate and complete on-going projects for the Department as well as special projects on an as-needed basis.

The Clinical Program Assistant is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Provide support to administrative and clinical teams by assisting with preparation of clinical documents, greet and direct visitors, and complete basic clerical duties as assigned. Responsible for the coordination and oversight of the consumer vocational program.

Provide direct supervision of habilitative/rehabilitative services to the individuals in the autism skills learning services. Participate in the planning, documentation, implementation, and evaluation of these services. Implement skill building plans as established by the person-centered process that is consistent with recipient rights, national-accrediting organizations, and departmental guidelines. Model appropriate behavior and social skills to the individuals we serve and assist them in becoming acclimated to the community. Support the mission, philosophy and policies of the corporation.
