Onsite technical support for high speed packaging machinery ,working with OEM and Suppliers to continuously improve reliability and quality of equipment and production capabilities . Diagnose,repair,and improve all systems associated with manufacturing equipment when failures occur ,whether it is machinery or process failure. Work with management to assist and implement WCM philosophies. Plan and schedule downtime activities coordinate events with production team. Research loss events ,formulate and implement plans to reduce losses associated with events.

Follow Pm schedule,troubleshooting and repair high speed food packaging machinery.

Set up line machinery for production demands. Perform quality inspections ,adjust and repair machinery .

Do routine quality checks , adjust and repair as necessary to keep operations within assigned guidelines. Involvement with improvement team. Was on fabrication committee responsible for implementing changes to ease use of equipment and or quality improvements. Had to have background experience with blueprint reading ,electrical systems up to 600 vac, hydraulic and pneumatic systems . The position focus was on high speed precision gray iron machining.

Perform quality checks and designated. Adjust,maintain,repair and changeover process equipment and necessary for production needs.
