CurrentTim has worked as a Product Owner across domestic and global markets, specialising in developing business requirements for Precision Autonomy’s Insurance Software platform capabilities and features.This experience has included:- Creation and implementation of auditable Business Design standards to enable Agile Software Development- Creation and execution of Client Engagement plans- Initiation and Execution of numerous platform feature development initiatives to reduce pain points and increase Broker and Underwriter adoption- Contributed to building a platform delivery roadmap to deliver SaaS platform objectives against signed Statements of Work- Collaborated with internal and external software development teams to deliver against SAFe Methodology- Identified, analysed, logged and executed numerous platform defects and database audits to rectify chronic system errors and reduce support requests- Manage day-to-day platform support requests for clients against agreed SLAs- Executed numerous feature, UAT and regression testing plans to enable bi-weekly software releases- Contributed to and presented multiple slide decks to prospective clients to establish relations for future Statements of Work
