I represent Tesla as trial counsel in employment litigation matters. As trial counsel, I am responsible for managing all aspects of pending litigation consistent with Tesla's longstanding policy to never settle unjust claims and relentlessly fight to the final verdict (and beyond) if necessary.

I represented employers in nearly every facet of labor and employment law. Defended high-stakes and high-profile employment lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Significant practice emphasis in representing clients in the transportation, financial services, and entertainment industries. I represented media companies, film studios, and other industry clients in high-profile employment matters, including complex wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination lawsuits, and disputes involving executive compensation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and employee raiding. I also advised and counseled clients regarding risk management and compliance with state and federal employment laws in connection with corporate transactions, executive agreements, employee terminations, and a variety of other complex and/or sensitive legal matters.

Starting from my first year, and in every year thereafter, I originated and serviced my own book of clients from a variety of industries, including transportation, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare, and represented them in every facet of labor and employment law. In addition, I collaborated with teams in multiple offices (New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Orange County, Del Mar, and San Diego) and across multiple practice groups (Corporate, Finance & Bankruptcy, Business Trials, and Government Contracts) to handle a variety of employment-related matters for the firm's institutional clients, including complex wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination lawsuits, corporate transactions, and employment investigations.
