Currently, at Barton & Loguidice, Tim leads the Asset Management Practice Area where he leads an energetic, results-driven team of professionals that work with clients to address the challenges of managing physical assets. Tim’s distinctive background based on civil and environmental engineering combined with real-world project experience across a variety of industries has helped organizations achieve their asset management goals. Tim has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges associated with implementing and supporting asset management programs and understands how to navigate and overcome these challenges. He has led large-scale complex asset management projects for organizations with thousands of staff and software users. Tim is proud of the award-winning projects he has been involved with and enjoys nothing more than working with his clients and his team to develop innovative solutions to the challenges of managing assets. He is constantly working to learn the latest technologies available for assisting with asset management and looking for better ways to efficiently collect and analyze data to support decision making.He is involved with many technical organizations and enjoys sharing his learning and experience by presenting at technical conferences, participating in committees, and engaging in discussions.
