Successfully vacated and returned 4 buildings to landlords with no penalties, 1 building left partially occupied by a tenant and sale ready. 2007 – 2014 Responsible for all facility and equipment maintenance of the new East Coast Distribution Center including conveyor system technical support and material handling equipment consisting of 20 miles of conveyor, 13 shoe sorters, 3 Crisplant tilt tray sorters, 100+ forklifts and other related equipment. Responsibilities included electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, building management system, security systems, generators, backup equipment, grounds and purchasing of maintenance supplies and facility equipment.
