Previously the Lead Scheduler assigned to the North Anna Unit 3 US-APWR Nuclear Plant Project. Responsible for leading engineering schedule development for Conventional Island and Site Preparation.

Responsible for leading all schedule development of Steam Generator Replacement (SGR) projects, including all phases. This included projects at Diablo Canyon, St. Lucie, Salem and Three Mile Island Nuclear Plants. Primary responsibilities are as follows: - Developed the engineering/planning schedule for Diablo Canyon, St. Lucie, and Three Mile Island. Provided oversight and guidance to personnel assigned to develop engineering/planning schedule for Salem. - Each schedule is developed to support contract milestones, resouce loading, and budget requirements per the contracts, estimates and scope. - Developed metrics for management to monitor schedule progress to make informed decisions, these include SPI, CPI, manpower plans vs. actuals, schedule variance reports, performance management baseline (PMB), revenue and cash flow graphs.

Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station Steam Generator Replacement. The project included detailed engineering, planning and construction activities during the fall 2004 Unit 1 outage. Primary responsibilities were to manage the Project Controls Department, which is in charge of all activities related to planning, schedule, and cost.
