As the Regional New Truck Sales Manager for Rush Trucks of Denver, Colorado, I manage and coordinate all operations of the New Truck department. Responsibilities include: 1.)Forecast goals and objectives for the region. 2.)Hire, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of the New Truck Sales Consultants. 3.)Assist managers and individual sales consultants in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provide them with the support to meet these goals. 4.)Ensure proper follow up of all potential buyers by supporting managers in developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system. 5.) Ensure managers are following all guidelines for appraising and the display of new trucks. 6.)Work with managers to prepare and administer annual operating budgets for new truck sales departments. 7.)Work with department managers to monitor and control the performance of the departments using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys. 8.)
