Front end Javascript React development on proprietary application showing numerous data visualizations of data stored in Elastic database. App has some similarities to open source Kibana application. Used Leaflet Draw to add geofence filter functionality to geo charts that in turn used Keylines. Project used Jira and Agile methods. Spent most of the time doing high priority tickets for customer demos. Added functionality like filter editing, live coordinates and zoom editing, link annotations, tooltip updates, and numerous bug fixes. Tech stack: Elastic, Kibana, Material UI, Elastic UI, React, Redux, Leaflet, Keylines, and Javascript.#1 QUESTION I GET IS "Why did this job last only 4 months?" - the answer is they had funding only for 4 months to try to get a bunch of tickets and functions added to a prototype. I contributed a TON to this project in the short time I was there. The short time frame had nothing to do with performance.#2 QUESTION I get about this.. could you post some sample images? The answer is no because it was a non-public internal project where the data required secret clearance. So they also did not allow me to take or post any screenshots. Programmed entire prototype from scratch using Javascript, D3, JSON data from SQL Server and Socrata database endpoints. The app provided line chart, bar chart, and US map visualizations for numerous health data sets. Managed project using Azure DevOps and developed using VSCode.Both apps are optimized for MOBILE and for 508 compliance/ADA compliance. Designed, built and tested computer logic and actual computer circuit boards for high performance traffic management as well as data encryption system for high speed fiber optic networks (sold to the NSA). I designed all aspects of this complex system as well as C++ test that did data encryption for purposes of validating that the hardware resulting in the same encrypted output.

Designed high performance fiber optic data test hardware using ViewLogic for capturing and testing ATM networks. Also wrote microcontroller code as well as C test and control code for testing purposes.
