• Designed and implemented sampling system and led technicians to resolve complex reactor plant chemistry casualty to prevent severe damage and maintain mission readiness.

• I trained for 6 months as a student in a high-tempo curriculum that prepares officers to take responsibility for naval nuclear reactors. The following six months were intense hands-on mechanical and electrical training.
• Earned license by Department of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Committee as responsible officer for naval nuclear reactors and watch teams upon graduation.
• Supervised team of 15 people through safe operation of submarine platform propulsion plant to train hundreds of technicians.

• I led a team of 30 to safely manage ammunition and operate all weapon systems onboard in addition to safely navigating the 1 billion-dollar warship and her crew. I Managed officer mess funds as wardroom treasurer.
• Improved quality assurance of all training programs to achieve a passing score in a yearly US Congress mandated inspection.
• Qualified as Underway Officer of the Deck, becoming the direct representative of the Commanding Officer to lead a 10-person watch team to safely navigate a U.S. Navy warship in accordance with international maritime.
