I was the runner. I ran various errands every day, scanned files, updated information in the database, filed various motions into AlaFile, and any other duties as needed.

Assisting customers with finding appropriate educational resources, decorative materials, and providing customer service to fulfill their needs. Assisted with all aspects of store operations including cleaning, counting money, filling customer orders, and general bookkeeping.

Printed orders for customers, ran cash register, stocked shelves, faced products, cleaning the store, and providing customer service.

Worked the Product Support help desk, helping soldiers diagnose and resolve issues, and return units for repair. Performed testing of customer’s returned equipment. Diagnosed and repaired issues with returned equipment according to released procedures. Filled out required paperwork for each repair order. Acted as Product Support Administrator, creating and managing multiple spreadsheets and databases simultaneously. Created databases for forms which I digitized of my own initiative, saving the department time and money.
