The Lead Service Technician provides daily direction and coordination for a team of Service Technicians. Responsible for reviewing that Technicians are being tasked efficiently and following up to ensure assignment have been completed to a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. The Lead Technician has a wide variety of skills and will be able to work through difficult problems. This person installs, maintains & repairs fuel dispensers; submersible fuel pumps; service station site controllers; credit card readers; cash register consoles; pumping PCW; tank & line monitoring equipment; various other types of equipment found in service station and convenience gas stations.

Management / Inventory Control / P&L Manipulation / Training experience in tire, auto parts/repair, Lube Express or facilities maintenance• experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million• experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements• experience supervising and training 25-30 employees• Clean and consistent record of safety• Valid driver's license• Work in an outdoor environment with varying climates• Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
