I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In my junior and senior year, I served as a team member on Penn State's Advanced Vehicle Team, and was recruited from Ford in my senior year prior to our national competition (we placed 2nd in the nation!). I was hired into Ford Motor Company as a global powertrain manufacturing engineer in July 2014. I served on the South American Taubate program for cylinder head assembly for Ford's Dragon engine prior to switching over to engine assembly at the Cleveland Engine Plant #1 manufacturing site. After multiple engine programs and launches, I was promoted to a lead global powertrain manufacturing engineering role for the North American market and became a black belt in 6-Sigma lean manufacturing. I enjoy the daily challenges seen in manufacturing and delivering continuous improvement with my team to our manufacturing sites. My team's focus and drive continues to deliver programs within cost budget and meet key milestone objectives, while delivering the best quality product for our customers.
