Responsible for auditing and posting the Daily Revenue Reports, culminating in the production of financial statements for the hotel monthly. This includes - reviewing and making adjustments to daily credit card/cash postings & deposits to match to both accounting system (M3 Accknowledge) and internal hotel reservation system (OnQ by Hilton). Other related responsibilities include :- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable- Reconciliation of all hotel bank account statements to accurately reflect cumulative postings in General Ledger- Update and adjustment of hotel general ledger accounts (including Food and Beverage inventory) to reflect end of month balances (including counting restaurant inventory with restaurant management each month)- Production of separate monthly profit and loss statement for Piano Piano (outlet of hotel) based on hotel income statements- Review and processing of bi-monthly payroll journals (PPE 5th and 20th) and total employer vs employee taxes/wages to post payroll journal expenses into accounting system (identifying differences between wages, taxes, service charges, worker's compensation, employee benefits amounts in payroll journal)- Assistance and communication with hotel guests to resolve various issues regarding their reservation - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable for the property- Responsible for various Human Resources filing and paperwork
