Throughout my time at Viatris, I learned a great deal about what it takes to build deeply technical teams in the bioengineering and biotech space. I started working as a part time interviewer in 2019, and transitioned into a full-time independent recruiter/talent sourcer in late 2020 for various F100s and leading startups. Helped facilitate over 50+ key engineering hires over 4 years.
