I started my accountancy career shortly after university, training with BDO. Post qualification I have had a number of industry and public sector roles, developing my commercial knowledge and experience. Now a partner at BBA my expertise is overseeing a large portfolio of local clients, providing business and Jersey income tax advice, with an emphasis on delivering an excellent level of customer service.In April 2023, along with David Moehle, we launched the ClientWindow app. The app is designed to help solve an ongoing issue that many accountants face – the ability to provide mobile-based interaction for increasingly digital customers that meet legal, regulatory and insurance requirements. The app combines the convenience of WhatsApp messaging with the robustness of corporate email as well the ability to share documents in a secure, time and cost effective way. It is a great tool that enables accountants to deliver the highest levels of client service, supporting client retention and enabling business growth.
