I am an experienced supply chain and procurement professional having spent over 10 years leading and collaborating with procurement teams to deliver value for money and capability uplift outcomes for sourcing and category initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) value chain including digital procurement strategies and implementations, procurement process standard and template development and procurement operating model reviews. My experiences have been in the capacities of both a trusted consulting advisor and permanent team member across multiple industries including insurance, public sector, electricity utilities, mining, media and airlines. My passion for procurement has always been about leading procurement teams in the creation of value for our internal customers, building core procurement capability in individuals through the foundations of their operating model, strategic vision, and processes, and leveraging technology to enable and unlock additional capability uplift. With respect to procurement technology I am certified in Coupa and Workday Financial cloud systems and am an SAP Ariba Power User, whilst also being involved in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Cloud ERP transformations.My current role as the Head of Procurement Support, Strategy & Transformation for the QBE Australia Pacific Division allows me to share my experiences and passion in developing procurement capability and behaviours, as well as optimising and simplifying procurement processes.
