Prime Motive was a human-centred design and strategy company working to generate positive social and environmental impact. Clients included Federal and State Government, not-for-profit, impact organisations and businesses.During my time at Prime Motive I produced and executed the strategy to achieve the primary role objective—client diversification—and grew the client base from three to 25, advised the Executive Team on HR, finance and operational change and led change and communications initiatives as part of Leadership Team.I also set up the sales function, operations, ways of working, collateral, etc; managed and grew the sales function (team, revenue, operations) and developed go-to-market initiatives to engage new industries/sectors.

Today is a design and technology company which exists to make services, policy, and products more impactful for Government, the not-for-profit and purpose sectors, and corporations.I was the main point of contact for new business opportunities and managed and improved sales processes. The role, as well as the service offering, required understanding Enterprise/Portfolio level context to engage meaningfully with clients and win work.

Webplace is a digital agency with a focus on business transformation and user-centred outcomes.I was accountable for the majority of company revenue, and implemented many initiatives to improve business sustainability including:- Piloting and selling new services including recurring revenue streams- Boosting project profitability up to 20% (~10% on average)- Implementing higher standards of client service and encouraging accountability in colleagues, including management- Significantly diversifying the client base- Achieved 132% of personal revenue target (FY 16/17)

Consulted small to medium sized businesses on digital strategy and marketing with particular attention to the benefits of using an Enterprise Content Management System as a core tenant in achieving the digital strategy. Implemented the agency’s first white-labelled SEO campaign—the precursor to the agency providing search and analytics services and opening up this revenue stream.

Established a business importing cars from Japan whilst studying at University.
