The role requires me to manage and develop 26 European websites, whilst ensuring that they comply with Biomet's global online strategy.I advise local (European) marketing teams on best practice SEO, train users on the companies bespoke CMS and frequently communicate with our global team to ensure that the company's global presence is consistent.

I am responsible for a broad spectrum of marketing communications within my role as a Communications Associate at Biomet. My key responsibilities include:• Manage and develop the global company intranet, including it's launch to all European employees• Support European product and marketing teams with targeted, integrated marketing campaigns including adverts, microsites, online advertising, direct mailers, e-marketing and web content• Pro-actively manage over twenty European websites including creating fresh content, uploading the latest support materials and conducting case studies• Attend internal and external events throughout Europe to promote services that Biomet offer • Junior editorial role with the company internal magazine • Produce and distribute monthly E-newsletters to target audiences• Work closely with internal design team and external agencies
