Experienced, big-picture technology executive with 25+ years working in both leadership and individual contributor roles, supporting global and local engineering hardware/software efforts ranging from $50K -> many-million. I've had careers in many of the main contributing development disciplines (QA, project management, testing, coding, automation, education and authoring). I think Patton said it best: “Always do everything you ask of those you command.” My primary responsibility is leadership, development and support of the Engineering System Test team that work in Siemens BP Engineering local and global projects. I describe my group as an amazing team of diverse, multi-faceted people who are like engineering Swiss Army knives. Though my official title is Solutions Engineering Manager of System Test, my team keeps their fingers in a lot of pies, so there is no short supply of challenges, changes, victories and losses to lead through as we accomplish our mission.Siemens builds cool stuff and we seek to be part of the solution to the world's greatest problems.
