I have deep, hands-on experience in strategizing, selecting, designing, building, and implementing CPQ / Configurator / Sales Force Enablement and eCommerce systems for large enterprises. My interests are in CPQ, smart machines, knowledge representation, and constraint-based technologies. I conducted a research project where expert, high-ranking firefighters were given simulated fireground scenarios and their decision processes were analyzed. My responsibilities included managing the development of the simulation materials, conducting the simulations, gathering and analyzing the data, and co-authoring the resultant research papers.
