Led AT&T's Sustainability Professional Services practice where I worked with enterprise customers to develop and execute programs that drive achievement of their ESG commitments. Working throughout the value chain, I built coalitions and led engagements across business units, navigating leaders through a rapidly changing environment of complex stakeholder demands on the path to a net zero economy.

Developed an industry leading water efficiency toolkit with EDF to reduce water use in cooling towers which enabled savings of up to 28 billion gallons of water per year in the U.S., then launched a communications program and national outreach campaign to drive external adoption and establish leadership in water stewardship.

As a senior manager in Corporate Real Estate, responsible for management and assurance of AT&T's global energy, GHG, water and recycling data for GRI, CDP, DJSI, and Corporate Sustainability reports. Helped AT&T achieve goals resulting in a 20% Scope 1 reduction and 60% energy intensity reduction.

Led the creation and development of a Project Management Center of Excellence dedicated to improving project management competency across the company's 15,000+ project and program managers. Advanced AT&T's project management capabilities up the maturity model and increased PMP certification by over 20%.
