My clients customarily operate in, or are venture capital or private equity funds that invest in, the technology and life sciences spaces. I routinely handle a wide range of capital raising transactions, including early-stage angel and seed rounds, convertible note and SAFE financings, and preferred equity rounds. I also devote a substantial portion of my practice to negotiating and documenting complex acquisitions and exits for my clients.
