  During an intensive software developer internship-style program, I gained comprehensive exposure to the complete software lifecycle. I actively collaborated within dynamic agile teams to complete weekly sprints, demonstrating my ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on problem solutions. Additionally, I engaged in daily stand-ups and reflective retrospectives in line with an agile mindset. My work covered various areas including but not limited to front-end development and back-end engineering.Project - West Midlands Combined Authority - Communications Dashboard.Stakeholder - Siobhan Bassford, Director of CommunicationsA campaign management dashboard that provides the DOC at WMCA with an easy-to-navigate view of all her upcoming, present, and previous campaigns. It is split into a 12-month view, quarterly view, and monthly view. This dashboard was created to address the shortcomings in the stakeholders' current campaign management solution.• Provided technical support to team members and fostered a positive and safe work environment.• Customized React libraries to address specific needs and fixed missing functionality such as onClick and onHover modals.• Customized libraries to enable direct access and styling of milestones for the team.• Built detailed card components in React for enhanced reusability.• Integrated Snyk and Husky for code and package vulnerability scanning.• Implemented the Year view and connected it to the data.
