The Principal of HR Operational Excellence is a strategic leader responsible for driving excellence in business operations through industrial engineering principles, Kanban, DMAIC, and the implementation of SMART goals and OKR objectives. This role emphasizes continuous process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and strategic alignment across departments, aiming to elevate service delivery, quality, and compliance while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. As Principal of HR Operational Excellence at Hoag Health, you will spearhead initiatives to drive HR operational efficiencies, enhance productivity, improve speed and agility, by standardizing processes across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in documenting procedures, fostering knowledge sharing, ensuring compliance, and leading project management efforts to elevate service delivery and quality within individual business departments. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align operational practices with organizational goals.
