The National Director of Strategic Partnerships for Life on Belay serves as a member of the leadership team for the organization, overseeing all Revenue opportunities. Managing the Development team allows me to oversee all fundraising activities, from grant writing to major gift proposals to year-end campaigns. In addition, I am responsible for all sales activities and partnerships with a variety of organizations, from clients utilizing our core services to partners who have joined us on mission.

The role of the Director of Savior Pastoral Center is to oversee and manage the operations of the Pastoral Center and to assist in developing the Center as a conference and retreat facility which offers an attractive meeting and conference venue. The Director ensures that the Center provides plentiful opportunities for ministerial enrichment and spiritual renewal for parishes and institutions of the Archdiocese as well as for individuals or groups from the Archdiocese and the greater Kansas City area.In addition, the Director serves as the head of the Archdiocesan Website and all Social Media brands for Archdiocesan content. Director maintains and promotes the Website, including overseeing all resources and staff. Director is also responsible for managing the various social media accounts of the Archdiocese.

I’ve coached youth sports for 20+ years. I served as the Director of Coaching for OP Soccer Club and coached 6 of their teams, including our D1 - Academy 04B, who were a 2x State Champion.

Managed all operations of the hotel (Fairview Heights, IL 2006-2009; Phoenix, AZ 2009-2010). Assisted in developing and achieving operating budgets. Interviewed and hired team members Supervised, trained, and motivated team members Performed a variety of administrative duties Assisted with sales and marketing

I organized the Pastoral Team at SLUH to lead retreats, prayer services, community service projects, and liturgical events. As the Director, I oversaw each of the various heads of department and then reported to the Principal. During this time, I also served as a member of the Instructional Council.

I taught Theology to high school students and coached cross country and track athletes. I was truly blessed by the young men that I taught and coached, and enjoyed some modicum of success while I was there as well, culminating in a Missouri State Track Championship in May 2006.
