With over 20+ years of experience in management and operations, I lead the revenue generation and strategic partnerships for Life on Belay, an organization that accelerates the efforts of non-profit organizations and unites leaders while mobilizing the church. As a member of the leadership team, I oversee all fundraising activities, from grant writing to major gift proposals to year-end campaigns, and manage a talented development team.I am also responsible for all sales activities and partnerships with a variety of organizations, from clients utilizing our core services to partners who have joined us on our mission. I have a strong background in hospitality and communication, as well as sales and fundraising, which enables me to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about finding solutions to complex problems and helping our partners achieve their goals, while advancing the vision and values of Life on Belay.
