Responsible for direct supervision and vision management of the federal sales/procurement contracting division in the law department. •Salary Expense Reduction: Directed department process improvement teams to successfully re-engineer contract preparation methods resulting in the reduction of annual employee salary expenditures by more than $4.3 million.•Contract Administration Database: Successfully completed design and deployment of a custom-built contract administration database to more effectively administer over 150,000 contracts.•Contract Forms Library: Conceived, framed and implemented a web-based contract forms library housing over 400 contract templates for use by the law department and its client base. This enabled the direct access of the templates by more than 8,000 users resulting in increased sales effectiveness.
