I am responsible for overseeing business support functions for all entity departments including purchasing, inventory, facilities, vendor relations, logistics and decision support. I work with various department managers and directors to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and coordinate vendor activity. I am responsible for integrating the vendor, purchasing, inventory, asset management and oversight needs of clinic, surgery center, optical and business support departments.
