I have led in-house teams, agency teams, and worked in-house while directing outside agencies. Most recently at Yankee Candle, I helped redefine the brand's primary appeal from simply providing premium fragrance to the more complex selling proposition of an essential resource for home decor. I led the in-house marketing team that launched Old Navy and babyGap, and directed the Silicon Valley agency teams that launched PalmPilot and Vitria and MatchMaker.com, as well as multiple products for Philips Mobile Computing.
