I believe that life is the sum of our experiences, and we should collect as many of those experiences as possible. This viewpoint may have started during high school when I moved to Germany with my family. Within 5 years I had visited every country in Western Europe. This curiosity continued to influence me after I graduated from college when I embarked on my years of discovery. I joined the Army National Guard, managed cases as a private investigator, produced a couple of plays, worked as an actor and experienced various entertainment production jobs. When I joined the Gersh Talent Agency, I received a crash course in the business of entertainment and began to synthesize all of my diverse experiences into best practices for myself. Over the next several years, I was able to explore how to better apply Hollywood talent to video games. This understanding gave me the opportunity to work with a broad network of writers, directors, actors and other vendors on cutting-edge entertainment in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of talented clients. Having learned to bridge the distinct cultures of entertainment and technology, I broadened my company's focus to be creative consultants to any client who finds itself at that ever-expanding intersection. I believe that every project is a new experience and a fresh opportunity to innovate and improve.
