Timothy has over 30 years of experience in the Energy and Environmental Industries. For the past 28 years, he has led a team of developers, IT specialists, instructional designers, and subject matter experts at IHRDC, a top learning and development company for the Energy Industry. As Executive Vice President, Timothy currently oversees the e-Learning and Knowledge Solutions business unit which provides the most comprehensive online learning suite of programs for the worldwide energy industry including areas in Clean Energy & Sustainability, the Oil & Gas Business Value Chain, Upstream Technology, Operations & Maintenance, and Business Essentials. Timothy has also worked in project development and operations for underground gas storage projects in western New York State. During the early years of his career, he worked as an Environmental Specialist with CDM Smith in Cambridge, MA focusing on contaminant hydrogeology at several superfund sites.He has a passion for delivering innovative learning solutions, solving knowledge transfer challenges, and providing opportunities for individuals on a global basis to learn at all stages in life. With his geological and environmental background, he also has a keen interest in innovative carbon utilization efforts as well as energy transition initiatives. He serves as the Board Chair for ResearchILD.org, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that researches, develops, and distributes strategies for students with executive function challenges.Tim holds the BS in Geology from Colorado College and the MS in Geosciences from Pennsylvania State University.
